Mark Goldade is a licensed REALTOR® with Royal LePage Prime Real Estate in Winnipeg, Manitoba, serving Winnipeg and surrounding communities. He provides residential and commercial real estate services with particular expertise in Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP relocations, residential buyers and sellers, seniors and downsizing, and investment and commercial real estate.

A former Royal Canadian Air Force member with more than 14 years of military service, Mark brings first-hand knowledge of military life, postings, relocations and the unique challenges that military families can experience when buying or selling a home. His background in leadership, logistics and negotiation carries directly into his approach to real estate.

Mark holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), GREEN® and RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) designations. He has also completed the educational requirements toward the CCIM designation, strengthening his expertise in commercial real estate investment analysis, financial analysis, leasing and negotiation.
